The All Love In Town Sales&Exhibition Center, designed by Raynon Chiu, is a one-of-a-kind space that combines functionality, visual impact, and a touch of underwater magic. With its unique design elements and thoughtful arrangement, this center sets a new standard for sales and exhibition spaces.
For real estate developers, the sales center is the first point of contact between the developer and the customer. It is crucial for this space to make a lasting impression and showcase the developer's vision. The All Love In Town Sales&Exhibition Center achieves this by breaking away from traditional design materials and embracing creativity and innovation.
The center is divided into four main areas: the reception hall, exhibition area, negotiation area, and office. The flow of people is carefully considered, ensuring a smooth and logical progression through the space. Upon entering, guests are greeted by a striking LOGO wall made up of stainless steel and chrome-plated balls, leaving a powerful visual impact.
The exhibition area is designed to immerse visitors in an underwater world. A glass path floating above a pool leads guests to the audio display and model exhibition areas. Walls made of ping-pong balls and warm yellow lighting create a cozy and enchanting atmosphere. The negotiation area is illuminated by hundreds of apparent light bulbs, resembling twinkling bubbles and fish beneath the water.
What sets this design apart is the use of unconventional materials. Stainless steel balls, ping-pong balls, and light bulbs are creatively incorporated into the walls, ceilings, and fixtures, creating a truly unique and visually stunning space. The combination of these materials, along with the thoughtful arrangement of the different areas, sets the All Love In Town Sales&Exhibition Center apart from other sales centers.
The success of this design is evident in its impact on visitors and its ability to sell properties. Despite initial skepticism from the client, the center sold out in less than three months, thanks to its distinctive and captivating design. The All Love In Town Sales&Exhibition Center proves that a sales center can be more than just a functional space; it can be a work of art that leaves a lasting impression on visitors.
